Completed the renewal line of the Metropolitan Expressway Haneda Line at Higashi-Shinagawa Pier and Samezu Reclaimed Area; the down line will be switched at the end of October, and the up line will be switched after next spring.

On September 19, the Metropolitan Expressway announced the completion of the renewal off-ramp of the No. 1 Haneda Line.

The Haneda Line has been undergoing a renewal project, including raising the pier section away from the sea level to improve durability, and with the completion of the new road, the new upper and lower lines are now ready for use.

Currently, the renewal up line is being operated as a temporary down line, but the down line route will be switched to the renewal down line on October 29. The construction work will be completed by switching the upstream route to the renewal upstream line and connecting the Oi JCT connection to the renewal upstream line.
