Amazon (Amazon Japan) is having a time sale on the Braun Electric Shaver Series 8 (8560cc). Normally priced at 42,800 yen, it is 42% off at 24,800 yen at the time of writing.
This Amazon-exclusive model comes with a 5-in-1 automatic alcohol cleaner and a shaver case for easy carrying. The cleaner cleans and sanitizes the inner blade while recharging the shaver itself. The main unit is 100% waterproof.
The 4+1 cutting system consists of two ultra-thin mesh blades that follow the line under the chin with the PRO close contact head and achieve a deep shave of -0.01mm under the skin, a high-speed vibration trimmer blade that lifts sleeping beards, a pro trimmer for trimming downy hair and fringe, and a skin guard that protects the skin from excessive pressing. The system employs 10,000 sonic vibrations per minute to reduce friction on the skin.
