Solare Hotels to Open New Hotel in Yokohama Chinatown in November. Total of 34 rooms averaging 40 square meters to accommodate families and groups.

Solare Hotels and Resorts will open a new hotel in November in the heart of Yokohama Chinatown, a two-minute walk from Motomachi/Chukagai Station on the Minatomirai Line.

The six-story building (81-3 Yamashita-cho, Naka-ku, Yokohama City, Kanagawa Prefecture), which used to house restaurants, will be converted into a 34-room hotel for families and groups, under the concept of “Revive. The concept is “Revive,” meaning “revitalization.

Rooms will be spacious, with an average area of 40m2 and an average capacity of approximately 5 persons per room, and will be stylishly decorated with Chinese design. In addition, the hotel will offer a breakfast specializing in the Yokohama Chinatown area, and will also have a sauna.
