The Japan Association for the 2025 Japan International Exposition announced that the shuttle bus service between Sakurajima Station on the JR Yumesaki Line and the Osaka-Kansai Expo site will be changed from “priority boarding with advance payment” to “boarding only for those with reservations (with advance payment)”.
The new system will be implemented from May 30 and will apply to buses departing from the Sakurajima Station Bus Terminal between the first and 10:30 a.m. to the venue. Since most visitors are concentrated between 9:00 and 11:00 a.m., no reservations will be accepted between the first departure and 10:30 a.m.
After 10:30 a.m., reservations will still be given priority, and the association encourages people to purchase priority slots by paying in advance.
