Amazon (Amazon Japan) is having a time sale on the JVC Kenwood BN-RB62-CA portable power supply. Normally priced at 79,860 yen, it is 25% off at 59,860 yen at the time of writing.
Portable power supply with 626Wh capacity by JVC KENWOOD, known for its video cameras and audio products. Comes with a 2-year warranty from the date of order.
The main unit weighs 6.5 kg and can be charged by AC adapter, cigar adapter, or solar panel; when using AC adapter, charging time is about 8.5 hours.
Outputs are 2 AC outlets (rated 500W, peak 1000W), 3 USB Type-A (max 36W), 2 DC (84W), and 1 cigarette lighter socket (max 120W).
The input/output ports and various buttons are indicated in Japanese, and each terminal area is delimited by a frame line to make operation easier and more intuitive.
The company claims that it can be used in a wide range of situations, including outdoor events, during DIY work, camping, glamping, overnight stay in a car, and as an emergency power source in times of disaster.
