Walt Disney Japan will release new umbrellas for use in both sunny and rainy weather at Disney Stores on April 11. Disney Flagship Tokyo, Tokyo Disney Resort stores, and online sales will begin on April 8.
The “Anna and the Snow Queen,” “Baymax,” Mickey & Friends, and other movies are painted on the inside when unfolded, while the outside is simple and unobtrusive.
Both have a UV cut rate and light blocking rate of 99%. They can be used on a daily basis for everything from UV protection to sudden rain. Prices range from 3,500 yen to 3,900 yen.
A more girly model with ruffles was also released at the same time. The cute motifs of Minnie Mouse, Marie from “Fashionable Cat,” and Tinker Bell from “Peter Pan” are all featured. The model is decorated with small dots, ribbons, and gold points. The price is 4,000 yen.
