Unlimited Expressway Ride within Nagano Prefecture “Shinshu Meguri Free Pass”. Departure and arrival plans from Tokyo metropolitan area and Nagoya are also available.

NEXCO East Japan, NEXCO Central Japan, and the Shinshu Campaign Executive Committee will launch the “Shinshu Meguri Free Pass 2025” on April 1, which is a fixed-rate unlimited ride on expressways in Nagano Prefecture for ETC vehicles only.

The Shinshu Meguri Free Pass is an annual excursion plan jointly organized by two NEXCO companies to encourage people to visit tourist attractions such as Kurumayama Sky Terrace and Tsugaike Nature Park by car.

The period is from April 1 to March 31, 2026, and the period of use is two to three consecutive days, excluding GW, Obon, Silver Week, year-end and New Year holidays, and dates that include three consecutive holidays.

Three types of plans are available: “Tokyo Metropolitan Area Departure Plan,” “Nagoya Departure Plan,” and “Round Trip Plan. All plans come with special offers such as discounts on admission and accommodation fees at participating facilities.

In addition, by filling out a questionnaire after using the service, participants will be entered into a drawing for gifts such as PR character “Alkuma” goods and QUO cards for Nagano Prefecture.
