JR Tokai and JR West will change No. 3 car from non-reserved seats to reserved seats for all “Nozomi” trains on the Tokaido and Sanyo Shinkansen on the occasion of the March 15 timetable revision.
This change will increase the number of reserved seats per train by 85, and each train will have three green cars, 11 reserved seats, and two unreserved seats.
In addition, the periods for which all seats are reserved for the 2025 major holidays are as follows.
