Mitsubishi Jisho Hotels & Resorts will open The Royal Park Hotel Maihama Resort Tokyo Bay (13-1 Chidori, Urayasu, Chiba Prefecture, lot number) in January 2026.
The Royal Park Maihama was developed by Mitsubishi Estate and Shimizu Corporation as “Maihama Hotel Project (tentative name).
The hotel is located approximately 5 minutes by car from JR Maihama Station and within walking distance of Tokyo Disney Resort. A dedicated shuttle bus will be operating between Maihama Station, the hotel, Tokyo Disneyland, and Tokyo DisneySea.
The concept is “TRAVELOGUE=Memories of Travels”. With the keywords “Nostalgic,” “Exotic,” and “Resort,” the hotel aims to create a space with a sense of nostalgia and comfort while evoking exotic travel. This is the first opening in Chiba Prefecture for Royal Park Hotels’ “THE Series,” which the company operates.
The 14-story building will have a total of 750 rooms, with a variety of room types, mainly for four people, up to a maximum of six people. The design theme is based on the four oceans of the world.
The facility will have one restaurant, a function room, a group lounge, a convenience store, and self-lockers, and paid parking for approximately 400 vehicles.
