Sapporo Agricultural College, a staple of Hokkaido souvenirs, has introduced its first “Okaki” (rice crackers). The cheese powder and cheese kneaded into the cookie are appealing!

Hokkaido Confect Group will release its first new rice cracker product under the Sapporo Nogakko brand, “Shiraage Mochi Thick Cheese Rice Cake,” on February 4.

Each 40g bag is priced at 297 yen, and a box of six 20g bags is 999 yen.
