GO and Nihon Kotsu Group Kansai will gradually launch a function that allows passengers to designate large wagon vehicles in some areas of Osaka City on January 15.

The program will start with 15 Toyota Esquire vehicles owned by Nihon Kotsu and will be expanded gradually. The Esquire can accommodate up to five passengers and about four suitcases. Payment will be accepted only via “GO Pay” and will be based on the fare, pick-up fee, and handling charge plus 10-20% of the fare plus a large wagon charge. The rate will vary depending on demand.

To use this function, enter the place of the ride and click “Next,” and the “Large Wagon” button will be displayed if there is a vehicle in the area and in the vicinity. This service can be used only with “Call Now” and not with “AI Reservation”.
