Hankyu Hanshin Real Estate announced that it has acquired a portion of the Beachwalk Complex complex in Indonesia.
The Beach Walk Complex is located on Kuta Beach in Bali, on a 52,500 m2 site that includes a commercial complex with approximately 180 stores and four hotels with different concepts.
The company will also participate in the operation and management of the facility as a joint venture with PT Indonesian Paradise Property Tbk, a local real estate development company. The company will work to increase the value of the facility in anticipation of an increase in demand for visitors to Bali.
