JCB will conduct the “30% cash-back campaign for riding public transportation with JCB touch payment” from January 16 to March 16.

During the period, when you use the public transportation with a JCB card that has a touch payment support mark or a smartphone with a JCB card installed, you will receive 30% of the total amount spent as cash back without fail.

The maximum redemption is worth 500 yen, and no prior entry is required. However, QUICPay and JCB prepaid cards (domestic issue only) are not eligible.

As of January 9, there are 115 companies that accept JCB touch payment, including railroads, local buses, airport connecting buses, intercity express buses, ferries, and ropeways.

This is the third time JCB has rolled out a cash-back campaign targeting public transportation. From this time, overseas JCB members are also eligible for the campaign in addition to domestic members.
