Rihga Royal Hotel (Osaka) sells The Nikka, a commemorative whisky for the 90th anniversary of the hotel’s founding. Special price of 40,480 yen per bottle.

Rihga Royal Hotel (5-3-68 Nakanoshima, Kita-ku, Osaka City, Osaka Prefecture) will celebrate its 90th anniversary on January 16 by selling a limited quantity of “90th Anniversary Whisky The Nikka” from the same day.

The Nikka, a premium blended whiskey carefully selected and blended from a wide variety of Nikka Whisky’s most matured original whiskeys, is a limited edition product with a special name tag to commemorate the hotel’s 90th anniversary.

The first floor “Reach Bar” with its warmth of wood and tranquility offers a special price of 2,024 yen for a single glass, while the second basement floor “Cellar Bar” with its stately English-style atmosphere and live piano music offers bottles (regular price 50,600 yen → special price 40,480 yen, BOX member price 25,300 yen) and the “90th Anniversary Commemorative Whiskey The Nikka, Yoichi NV, Miyagikyo NV 3-bottle set (regular price: 151,800 yen → special price: 113,850 yen, BOX member price: 75,900 yen).

Starting January 16, 10 of the hotel’s directly managed restaurants and bars will hold a “Thanksgiving Fair” to commemorate the hotel’s 90th anniversary. Restaurant Chambord on the 29th floor, which offers a night view of the Osaka cityscape, will serve a full-course traditional dinner (from 90,000 yen for two persons) featuring seasonal Matsuba crab, puffer fish milt, black truffles, and other premium ingredients such as Oscietra caviar and French Lacanian pigeon.
