Jupiter Strategy Osaka announced a collaboration between the Osaka-Kansai Expo, which will open in the spring of 2025, and iPASS 一卡通, Taiwan’s leading transportation IC card. iPASS will be issued in an Expo version (priced at NT$200) to publicize the Expo to Taiwan, as well as to increase the number of visitors from Taiwan to Japan and promote tourism between Japan and Taiwan. In addition, iPASS purchasers will receive discounts and other benefits that can be used for shopping, dining, and experiences in the Kansai area. In cooperation with KKday, a local Taiwanese activity and tour booking site, and Wonder Group, an Osaka-based tourism service specializing in inbound travel, the company will offer discounts on KKday products and Wonder Cruise boarding fees in the Kansai region.
