Amazon (Amazon Japan) is having a time sale on JBL’s Partybox Encore Essential party speaker. Normally priced at 38,500 yen, it is 31% off at 26,400 yen at the time of writing.
JBL’s Partybox series of party speakers can be used indoors as well as outdoors, and Encore Essential is the smallest model in the series. The Encore Essential is the smallest model in the series. It has a built-in battery for approximately 6 hours of continuous playback, and the lights on the woofer’s periphery light up colorfully in time with the music.
The main unit measures 27.6 x 29.3 x 32.7 cm (W x D x H) and weighs 5.9 kg. It can be placed on the floor or a table and has a handle on top, making it easy to carry around.
Bluetooth connection to smartphones and other devices is possible, and stereo playback is supported by pairing two units. The built-in battery can be used to charge a smartphone/tablet.
