TKP announced that it has decided to name the entire park facility (outside 504-1, Uetonigahama-cho, Beppu City, Oita Prefecture) to be developed in Uetonigahama Park in Beppu City, Oita Prefecture “SHONIN PARK” and the tentative name of the lodging facility “ISHINOYA Beppu,” and opened its website.
The project is based on the “Uenogahama Park Development and Operation Project” under the publicly solicited establishment and management system, and includes a hot spring facility with twice the area of sand baths, a restaurant, and a multipurpose plaza. The park aims to become a “showroom facility for experiencing Beppu’s attractions,” and will offer outdoor experiences and community-based events.
As the name suggests, “ISHINOYA Beppu” will be a hotel under the “Ishinoya” brand, and will offer a lodging experience with a style that incorporates Japanese architecture.
