Mitsui Fudosan Commercial Management released a new web video “I want to buy clothes” Yukopi feat. Nagano, a collaboration between comedian Nagano and video creator Yukopi.
A music video animation expressing “I want to buy clothes” anyway at the Mitsui Outlet Park “SUPER OUTLET SALE”. Mr. Nagano’s illustration appears on the music video of Yukopi’s song “I want to eat naan”, which became popular for its “strong wind all-back”. It is a mashup of Mr. Nagano’s signature song, “A Song Dedicated to Van Gogh and Picasso,” and Yukopi’s Vocaloid song, which is said to be catchy and addictive.
The animation of Ms. Nagano in the video was produced using the rotoscope technique, and the live-action Ms. Nagano was only used in her office’s publicity photo, creating a production in which Ms. Nagano sings and dances in a loose kawaii animation that is typical of Yukopi’s work, and a live-action, creepy kawaii animation.
The Mitsui Outlet Park “SUPER OUTLET SALE” will be held from December 26 to January 19, 2025. This year’s sale will offer up to 80% off at 13 Mitsui Outlet Park facilities. In addition, the fukubukuro are available in two sales methods: “Advance Sales,” in which sales begin before the end of the year, and “New Year’s Day Sales,” in which fukubukuro are sold from the first day of the year.
